Join us for a day of cleaning up East Clear Creek – Saturday, June 7th!

Spend the day floating East Clear Creek while helping to keep it clean! Volunteers will paddle up the canyon, picking up trash along the way. A larger boat will be available to collect and carry the trash collected. After the clean-up there will be time to deep-water solo before heading back for a celebratory cook-out!

Schedule

9:00–10:00 AM: Gather at McHood Park Ramada for orientation, hand out supplies, and launch

10:00 AM–1:00 PM: Clean-up on the water (trash collection & power-washing)

1:00–4:00 PM: Climb and float back downstream

4:00–5:30 PM: BBQ at the McHood Park Ramada - After the float, stick around for a volunteer BBQ to celebrate our efforts! Food will be provided, but you're welcome to bring something to share.

What to Bring:

• Watercraft and personal flotation device

• Water, snacks, and sun protection
  (All clean-up supplies will be provided.)
